Kid is already broken and most likely can never be fixed. The obvious solution is universal pre-school which should be a joy for that kid's teacher and fellow students. Add a dozen into the mix and you are better off burning the money in piles for winter heat.

The most heartbreaking part of that entire fucked up video is after she has been tased and her little boy is obviously freaked out over seeing his mother rolling around on the ground, and she sits up and doesn’t even bother to hug and comfort him.
