I should know, but I don't know it. Care to help?Husky Jacks is a Willingham reference.

That would have been the right move at the time. One of the very few times, in my eyes, that Jedd went TOTAL FUBAR. He/we? may recover, but still...........So cut Demond?
I do wonder if letting Demond walk would have created a massive upheaval and portal exodus from the team. I also didn't like the QB market. The only one I remotely liked was Leavitt and he's hurt and then what do you do? Ride with Kini or convince Raiola to not be Oregon's backup? That would have been the right move at the time. Ride with the best game manager that you can find. That would be at least as good as Demond in 2025. The NIL contract that Demond signed allowed for compensation to UW to the tune of $4- $6 million. Go out at get the best 1.5 DL/OL that you can buy. That would have been the best move but Jedd's ego got in the way, again. Valid point on starting the exodus but I would have taken that chance. You don't let the stupidest MF QB in the history of sports dictate your actions. Trying to get out of that NIL deal within a week was one of the dumbest decisions in the entire history of sports. And, I know that Demond gets his stupid from his father.I do wonder if letting Demond walk would have created a massive upheaval and portal exodus from the team. I also didn't like the QB market. I bet a lot of people here don’t know it actually. Maybe @irishdawg can get you dialed in!I should know, but I don't know it. Care to help?
I’m thinking today’s athlete doesn’t give a shit about anyone trying to “go be great” and get paid. I’d say the vast majority are happy he’s back because he gives them a better shot to win than Prizbula, Brown or Kini would this year. I could be wrong, hope I’m not.The question is does keeping him cause the upheaval
Both are plausible
I think Demond put everyone in a terrible situation. I was initially happy that we would get to shed our mediocre QB and have almost $5 million to invest in the team but then thought about how we were gonna have to spend 1.5 on Pribula or some shit and then try and talk prospects in a weak portal market to jump aboard and assuredly lose some big time guys. It sucks but it seems like it was the least damaging outcome.Ride with the best game manager that you can find. That would be at least as good as Demond in 2025. "Who led Husky Jacks?"...is a question you'd log into doogman to find the answer to during the Ty era. It was about all anyone ever saw at practice, so it was about all they'd put in their practice reports.I should know, but I don't know it. Care to help?
