Assparty and the whole line looked miles better this year against our two easy openers (last year Weber State and Eastern Michigan), and the programs we played this year are generally better than those two. My memory was Assparty actually keyed runs last year but was a mess in pass pro against teams with a pulse so LIPO, but it's a good sign. I'm sure having a mobile QB helps.
I think pass pro has been very mediocre to start the year. As you said, the run blocking looks better against bad teams than it did last year against bad teams. Not sure if the majority of pressure on Williams is coming from the interior or exterior because I’m not paying super close attention from the stands. Probably abundance.
