Guessing most of that "production" doesn't start next year
 
DeBoer could have been boating on Lake Washington because you can't expect him to get any recruits just getting hired and we were 4-8 and Jimmy and stuff

It is impressive that he is hustling. I follow Bama and Saban twitter and Nick is busting ass out there. Any coach who isn't should be fired immediately

He’s just an assistant. I’ve been saying he’s kind of a church school kind of guy. There is nothing wrong with having a solid, veteran, somewhat square guy on the staff. There are plenty of religious football players. He should do well with mom’s.

His wife acts like anybody they ever coached with is their great friend, including Brian Kelly.

Morell is getting paid the same as Inge and is the Co-DC. I’ve been thinking the whole time he’s the scheme guy. He came up with DeBoer.

Not worried about the personality, I’m not going to pretend at all that I know anything about him. I did a deep dive into his coaching background an I think in two years he’s gone and Morrell takes over fully. I’m with you on Morrell being the scheme guy and likely up in the booth

dont forget about brian kelly.
 
I guess Inge answered the question of calling the defense in his interview. Inge controls the front 6-7 and Morrell the back 4-5. Morrell will call the defense. I knew he was the real DC once it was revealed they were getting paid the same.

Iirc Morrell was a head coach at a smaller school for awhile. That can't hurt as far as being an experienced guy

He was also the AD while the head coach at Montana Tech for a while. Hopefully he pushes Cohen out
