Well that's too hot of a take for my blood. That would suggest Morris or O'Brien are tanking, and we've already seen the former establish himself as a gamer.

I don’t think he’s gonna tank but I do think the offense is going to continue to be limited under Morris and they’ll plan to make the swap somewhere in the first six weeks.

Now I also think It will be limited under Huard because the philosophy isn’t going to change but at least Huard can keep defenses honest.

But what makes anyone think Huard is his guy? Lake didn't offer him, didn't recruit him, didn't pursue him. Huard may not be "Lake's guy" either.

I personally think Huard starts. Could be wrong, but you have to be great at the deep ball in this offense.

Disagreed with the TBS crowd who crowned Dom the next great corner. Had the coaches said Dom is a dude and the next great Husky SS/WIL, recalling the late 80's/early 90's I'd say "LFG."

There are very few, maybe even no CB’s that are elite (hi BTP) at 220.

Yeah from the practice reports it's pretty clear that Huard is the #3 QB right now and is making the most mistakes. It would take a pretty big turnaround for him to all of a sudden be the guy if Morris isn't injured or something

Will be good but isn’t ready as of today. Not surprising. Dude played 3 real years of high school with a fake senior season. Now he needs to learn how to be under center and learn a whole new system. Is he the second coming... not yet. Morris looks like a QB1 and huard looks exactly like a guy who has talent but it isn’t his time yet.

But there was no incumbent starter at the time. Cyler was out of spring for beating up 12s and Lindy is Lindy. There was no D Mo or O’Brien for that matter.

Is there anxiety over the indication that D.Mo will probably start over Huard this year, and that Huard will likely redshirt?

D.Mo is going to improve over what he showed last year as a redshirt freshman, in an offense that didn't get any work until September (there was no spring ball last year).
