He is doing better than every defensive coach hth

And I'd have no problem with any/every coach other than Kwat, Huff, and Cato getting axed. These guaranteed contracts make that substantially more difficult.

Seems like pass protection is pretty good, but that might largely be Morris's feel for the pocket. And running into 8/9 man boxes is never going to be a winning proposition. But, thinking on it, your point is taken; I'm probably guilty of going along with the board's conventional wisdom on him.

The best case really I can make is the aforementioned hand waving to buttress the fact he is a monster in recruiting.

If we are going to play two deep safeties on 3rd and manageable we may as well try and jump the predictable in breaking routes at the sticks. We didn’t do that until the freaking 4th quarter.
