I think we generally agreed here on the board that we would give Jimmy through the Spring Game before we call it a failed hire

Andy Reid would have walrus body slammed little Pete and told him to fuck off to coaching special teams and going to fundraising meetings while doing what he wanted with the offense.

99% of the time it’s the HC but there are guys with enough balls and resume to back it up to do what they want at OC or DC and tell a HC to back off.

even a more realistic guy like tedford would have no problem telling Pete (probably did in 2016) and even moreso Lake to fuck off and let him work. Obviously guys with limited resumes or personality like Bush, babshuka, and Donovan are going to be yes-men to their boss.

I’m sure Kwat isn’t afraid to tell Lake off too.
