Not sure how Hop keeps doing it. But this kid is a borderline 5 star. .9884 rating on 247. 30th overall (26th was the cutoff).

All I can guess is that I've met Hop once and the dude pisses energy and optimism.

In this case it probably helped that the recruit is coach Pondexter's cousin.

But in his interview he did also say Hop was really enthusiastic... Hop was doing push-ups in his office during the kid's visit.
