So the damming evidence could very well be the laptop that was labeled as “Russian disinformation” and any mention of it made a person a right winger conspiracy theorist.

As posted above, all worth it to stop any real investigation into the millions of dollars in bribes that Hunter organized. But Stormy signed a non-disclosure deal for $130,000 which happens in the real world on an hourly basis.
Let's see, my guess is the old "well I am certain to not vote for Hunter Biden now!" They love that one. Pravda must have told them that is the go to.

Two thoughts
- They are afraid Trump is actually going to win so get Hunters case wrapped up and settled neatly before that. OR
- The democrats are finally trying to replace Joe in earnest With leverage over him and Hunter.
Joe promised not to pardon Hunter but if he's being moved out he can lie as usual
The point of that is so they can defy subpoena's from the house.
I wonder how it would werk if they try to use the 25th amendment to remove the Joetato and he doesn't step down voluntarily.
25th Amendment
Once the process is enacted and if eventually successful, anything Biden tries to do after that point might carry no weight and be reversible. Including a pardon.
He would need to have pardons all done and announced before the process is initiated. (He may have a thousand pardons pre-signed and dated already for all the criminals he will try to protect)
Of course his replacement could just pardon everyone for him.
Also fraud vitiates everything so there is that.
