Really? Had no idea … interesting.

What's the wisdom on why Hugh has remained away from Honk stuff post his kids playing and being at Oregon and time constraints related to that, etc.
(or I guess .. he has one still playing at UF actually? Does he go down there I wonder?)
I'd always thought he might come back, especially since it's not a "traveling to road games" thing anymore, etc.

He left and gave his honk job away due to a conflict of interest when his son took a scholarship to Whoregon. I still listen and I enjoy Mario and Greg isn’t bad and actually the better of the two imo on the new show but I will never truly admire Lewis after his blind support of blank.
I like Hugh and he has other projects with some nfl think tank bs where he contributes. Hugh gets too in the weeds so I don’t listen to many of his interviews with fatty.

He goes to practices when he’s in town still so he’s still welcome. I don’t think their personalities mesh well. Hugh said Judd was a little smug in their interactions while Judd took over for Sumlin and Klay was still committed there. Klay is a backup at Florida right now

I’m sure he was crushed when Huard got a scholarship from UW and his son didn’t, I would be too. Although I dought Hugh rooted against Huard or wanted him to flame out as he did here, as a proud papa I’m sure he smiled inside for a moment although he would never admit.
Hugh was qb the one time I visited Michigan for a UW road game in our what should have been natty season. Yes I’ll die on the hill. #BoWdoWn!

So he's 11-9 or something? Doogs have ready made excuses such as the portal and 6 hour flights to Newark and Dulles.

I don't think he's as god awful as some here, but losing to Ohio State and Meatchicken by a combined 48-13 isn't okay. Expect 7-9 wins most years and it's okay because we aren't elite and stop expecting it and stop being negative and we aren't Ohio State or Bammer and you can't expect to win in Madison when it's 31 degrees and sleeting.

It shouldn’t be lost that our failed NFL offensive coordinator has gotten beat badly by two washed up and unemployable former NFL defensive coordinators.

I’ll assume Hugh paid for the puppies once she stopped breast feeding. Although not into blondes post Mrs volume one, she’s pretty hot unlike Browning gf with the great caboose.
