Exactly what I was thinking about as I pasted that pic. He told the media off the record about the thumb injury and then some knucklehead (I want to say Don Borst) went and reported it. So James banned media from practices the rest of the year.

The whole point of this thread was to get to the Willingham joke that popped into my head. I didn't want to spend even more time searching for the right Gilby / Neuheisel / Lambo gifs to complete this malarkey-filled thread.
 
Gilby would have claimed if he can't say something nice about his midgets, he won't say anything at all.

Lambo would have said he's not gonna talk specifics, but he will go with whatever QB gives him the best chance to tie USC.
