How To Spot Fake Luxury Watches

I have seen a bunch of fakes in all of my years of collecting and they are usually super easy to tell apart. That said, there are these "super replicas" that are out there now, and instead of being 100 bucks (or less) they can go from 500 to over a thousand bucks. For a fake! I have not seen one in the flesh yet, but I have heard some of them can be tough to tell from real unless you really get deep into it.

I hear the same thing about luxury handbags.

I am fundamentally opposed to buying fake watches, but I wish someone would make a fake Ferrari for like 10K.

You can’t make a fake Ferrari for 10k. Maybe 70 k.
 
Several years ago, the wif and I were in Puerto Vallarta, and walked through the vendor market on the river. Dude locks onto the Mrs…Louie Vuitton bag for $600. I started laughing, and said “they’re fake”…he gets close to me and whispers “how ‘bout $60?” Swap Meet Louie…
