How soon will we know about the staff/recruiting

The big question for me is how is he going to either be a relentless recruiter or find coaches who can ie Donte Williams and other guys. Granted its my opinion that Donte adding softy has no bearing on anything realistic.

Deboer will be announced as coach today. How soon will we know about the potential staff/recruiters? Does the seasons have to end for other teams before decisions have to be made?
 
He will name a couple in the next few days staff won’t be complete for weeks

Seems like so far, Kirby Moore and Ryan Grubb are for sure coming

These two were my on my list of must haves, along with their OL coach.

Either one of those hires would be better than anything Jimmy did with the coaching staff
 
I saw a tweet but can’t find it now…looks like coach DeBoer will also bring their DC over in some capacity, Inge as they already posted his backfill replacement

Grubb is seemingly DeBoer’s right hand man, has been following him on and off since the late 2000s at Sioux Falls. Moore was a WR coach GA at UW during the playoff run in 2016, and impressed Tedford enough for Tedford to bring him to Fresno with him. Coaching wise, I see no reason to think they won’t be great additions. QB and WR were Fresno’s best positions this year.

They’ve proven nothing as recruiters, though. Need a ringer on the offensive side to complement them… possibly at RB coach

Thats nice for OL but how reliable is fatters honestly? We need recruiters as well as coaches. I am not sure how Jen does not know that!

Ah I see. Even then we need more recruiters. That is my main concern right now. But with the proper coaching and recruiters this hire can work.

Their offensive line was awful the last two years. Why is their o line coach a must have?
 
Grubb (OC/QBs but really OL), Lee Marks(RBs) and Chuck Morrell(DBs) are all Sioux Falls day ones, safe to assume they will all be on staff.

Yup, Marks is interim, I bet they both come after the bowl game. DeBoer needs to nail the DC hire, Inge would be underwhelming.

Everyone at Fresno seems to think tedford would be their head coach.
