That was under a different head coach and coaching staff with the best player Oregon has ever had. All of them are gone. It's not relevant anymore. The Oregon Ducks are the champions of the Redbox Bowl. That's it.

That's what he's been doing. UW recruits better talent than Oregon and has been doing so the last couple classes. The star rankings are inaccurate in favor of Oregon because Cristobal targets "4-star" kids that are overrated and less coveted by big name schools. When UW is whooping Oregon's ass up and down the field this season and beyond, it won't just be because they're better coached, it will also be because they're more talented. There isn't a position group on Oregon's roster that is more talented than the same position group on UW's roster.

USC will beat Oregon this season rather easily. If Oregon can't beat WSU, then they can't beat WSU on steroids with SC talent. But that will be just one of many losses. Ducks are going 6-6 again. Who cares? That has nothing to do with Oregon who are still below UW until they win the conference and win a NY6 bowl game. If Oregon was winning Rose Bowls and shit, then you'd have a point and could talk shit. But they're not, they're playing in Las Vegas bowls and Redbox bowls. What Oregon did FIVE years ago with Mariota is now completely irrelevant. You don't get to act like that is at all relevant to Oregon now or Oregon's new coaching staff or gives Oregon bragging rights over UW because they won a couple big bowl games during the Kelly/Mariota era. Those days are long gone. UW doesn't have bragging rights over Ohio State, Penn State, or Alabama, but we do have bragging rights over the rest of conference including Oregon so we don't have to shut the fuck up.
