Large companies prefer a group of legal slaves right now. And then Hire smaller companies to do certain things that these dumbshits can't build in house.
My problem with that approach, aside from the obvious one, is that now you need pay a dedicated useless dtd type to babysit it. I hired an American version of that from Oregon, he hasn't been here long but I meet with him once a week and that all I have to do building out a whole separate thing now.
