What are you all hearing from the team re the difference between Lake and Deboner? There was an article in The Times that said he didn't swear or yell but beyond that? Coaching? System?
 
The kids are working harder than ever and buying in. Everyone is talking about the difference between Lappano and Grubb.

Here's my regime change cheat sheet.

Lambright-Neu: The kids are having fun again. The guy plays a geetar
Neu-Gilby: Real tough Husky football is back. Don't let Nate Robinson play if he can't play spring.
Gilby-Ty: This can't possibly be worse than Gilby, right?
Ty-Sark: Music is back at practice. This can't possibly be worse than Ty.
Sark-Pete: OKG better than DKG (Drunk Kinda Guy). Kids are buying in and might win more than 7 games in our lifetimes.
Pete-Lake: Cohen cried at the presser for a reason.
Lake-DeBoer: This can't possibly be worse than Lake except recruiting is somehow even worse now. Dude needs hairplugs.

She's the quintessential came from a big company fuck around employee not qualified to do her current job and doesn't give a fuck about that.

Dumbass AD hired her because she came from the Warriors, really fucking hard to market an NBA dynasty.
