Mr. 81% is saying that he signed papers with Oregon, which is probably why JHop is saying that he's going there. Mr. 81% also says that he is expected to sign papers with UW and maybe Cal too. Apparently anything he signs is non-binding for him.
Considering that we came in a close 2nd last year and as soon as he announced he was transferring his immediate Twitter follows were Gregory, Coach Pete, Justin Glenn, Jojo McIntosh, Browning, Coach K, Paopao, UW Football, and UW Football Recruiting, I think it's safe to say that if the coaches still want him, he's ours. Plus there's rumors that he was trying to contact the coaches a month before his transfer but they couldn't respond until he was officially released. Gregory and Coach Pete didn't bother following him back though
