Pete has one win in 5 Bowl games as a Husky coach with his only win against Southern Miss and 4 losses. But I hate to let facts ruin a great story
 
If we cant beat either of those farm hell hole schools shut the program down. Pete would then be 1-5 in bowls and will probably always have a losing bowl record here

Let’s not go crazy. Of course he can beat Kansas State or Iowa. Whether he will is debateable but the no chance thing is stupid. These are mediocre teams in the same range as us. They aren’t LSU and Ohio State.

For the non-NY6 bowls, it's just 90% about which team wants to be there more. Pete could play a team with superior talent (Texas) in the Alamo bowl...but if Texas doesn't want to be there and UW does, Pete will win.
