I had 4 140 watt speakers installed. 2 in great room cieling, 2 in kitchen ceiling, 2 more to come for the backyard. does this make 3 channels?

what should i get to power them that can be controlled by my phone via wi fi. use will be for streaming apple music.

This stuff just always makes me think of Pinkman talking stereo set up.

Wish I could help but it's way out of my line. I specialize in in 2 channel, hi fi and know amps, speakers, turn tables and cd players pretty well. Beyond this niche I suck.

Whatever pair(s) you want to control independently need to be their own channel... for the most part. From your phone could be tricky if sound quality is important, the technology wasn't there when I looked into it a few years ago

Is that a Sonos?

If you’re not an audiophile or someone who only listens to vinyl records because you’re a hipster, Sonos is the shit.

I have 9 total Sonos speakers throughout my house and detached garage. I can play the same thing throughout the house or have something different in every room.
