Honestly said this 100 times in the past. Hollywood has rightfully gone after the Catholic Chruch for hiding sexual predators. Not so good at investigating themselves for the same crimes.
There is no industry or professional organization in the world that is more ageist, sexist, racist, pedophilic, misogynistic, unsafe for children/young female actresses or full of sexual predators than Hollywood. It has been the case since hollywood started in the first decade of the 20th century (DW Griffiths 1914 movie The Squaw Man). Think about that for a second. Unimpeded in their predatory ways for 110 years with zero sign of any correction.
In the late 90's I was with a producer friend at a place I met him for lunch (Spago's, not even sure if it is around now). A guy came to our table to say hello to my friend and when he walked away my buddy said "one day he is going to go to jail". It was harvey weinstein. He had been doing the same shit for 2 decades by then and 20 years later he finally got in trouble. If my friend (a very minor Producer at the time) knew that, everyone in Hollywood had to know that. They protect their own.
