I don’t think it’s as big of deal as you make it. USC or Oregon could hire Urban. There will be some backlash anywhere he goes and it will be on a national level. Take it, wait for the season, and win. Problem solved. It’s only a problem if he doesn’t win.

His Jacksonville contract is guaranteed. He might not want to coach if he gets fired. I don’t think he will anyways.
