The irony is that the founders were men of common sense and a deep understanding of the nature of man and history. Hence, we got not a pure democracy but a Constitutional republic with three branches of government with built in checks and balances. Conservatives support the Constitution. The anti-populist Team Dazzler supports eliminating the Supreme Court through expansion and the Electoral College and ruling through Executive Orders so that we have a pure democracy that the founders warned against.
The talking points these idiots hear from MSNBC and CNN is that populism is awful. It’s basically the Left admitting that no matter what the majority of citizens think, we’re all too stupid as taxpayers and we need an 81 year-old dunce who’s lied repeatedly about his past, even dropped out of the 1988 Dem primary race, to govern us, no questions asked.

I don’t care at this point and fortunately I am at place in life where I can call out bullshit. A manager I work with is a 30 year-old black guy and Army veteran who just wants to build the company. We talk about work. That’s it and he’s now a Trump guy without me even bringing it up. He even sees through this other bullshit because I’m making them more money and as the small business they have, the Biden administration wants to tax them out of existence.
