If at the beginning of the year if you would have been told we would lose to the #5 and #13 teams in the nation ON THE ROAD by a TOTAL of 13 points you all would have said ghat would be very very good progress. It's ONE GAME! And it was with a new QB in a hostile environment. Some of you need to just go away. We don't need fair weather fans.

Not only was it on the road ... It was in their house. Furthermore we aren't at that level yet... It's a miracle we had enough guys to even field a team. We are only 10 games Into year 1 for Christ sake ..

The logic that we lost at Stanford and UCLA by 13 points on the road isn't the problem ...

The problem is getting violated at Arizona State ...

The problem is looking at going 0-4 in conference on the road ...

The problem is being 4-5 in conference in Year 5 ...

The problem is not winning more than 5 conference games in any year under Sark ...

The problem is that the ways in which we are losing are consistent, predictable, and repeatable

 
Say what you want about Sark, but he has improved this program. Instead of getting beat on regional TV, we are getting beat on ESPN. We had game day here for Oregon. That was pretty cool. Of course it's better when you get to win and make t-shirts, but as long as the cameras are rolling there is no such thing as bad free pub. Not bad for year 2.
