Hey all you ex UW OL at Bama

You guys are idiots. Brailsford will be on some preseason All American lists. Our biggest transfer loss by far.
Freshman OL who can step in and hold their own as undersized center don't grow on trees. He seemed to have a rough game against Michigan but he wasn't the only one.
UW's offense would be looking a lot less weak right now if he was still on the roster. It's undeniable.

270 lb center that didn't like run blocking nearly as much as pass blocking and wasn't the penciled in starter. 😴
I've seen this mentioned in sour grapes (a pinot that drinks like an premature merlot btw), including mine, but I think he started the season at starting RG then moved to center when Mele went down?
Maybe in DeBoer's offense, but in an actual balanced offense that will use the run properly against defenses not named USC they would've started Gaard or Kalepo or someone with more size, I think. Buelow would still take the other guard spot due to experience.
I just don't see it as losing a star player off of last year's team like others think. I know he was significantly better than say Geiran Hatchett and Jackson Powers-Cuck, don't twist.
I know it's dumb pregame radio shit, but his answer that he'd rather pass block never sat well. You should want to pancake motherfuckers.
I'm excited to see Landen (whenever he is healthy I guess) in an offense that is more run-focused and doesn't require six seconds of protection damn near every play. In-person he really popped against Cal in run blocking. I honestly didn't watch Brailsford enough to judge him. Figured his size was fine given Nick Harris who was good against everyone other than Bama's front and Jordon Scott for some reason.
brailsford bursts to the second level on run plays is a skill barely anyone in the country has. Also, anyone acting like he is not going to get bigger and stronger is stupid.

Of course vanilla sucks and is blocking more quotes.
I'll just agree to disagree. Very good young finesse player but again, it wasn't a one game thing that we were weak up the middle and couldn't road grade outside of our two tackles. As a true sophomore I don't think he's going to all the sudden be great at it.

He’ll be 285+ and maul dudes this year.

And if he does then he'll go to the NFL and won't have been the difference in what happens to Washington this coming year.
I still don't think he will but whatever.

That would be pretty amazing if he played at Alabama as a RS-Soph and then went to the NFL as early as he could.
He could be like Dermontti Dawson:

If he actually returns I'll be glad to have more talent.

Until then he's dead to me and I'll laugh while I piss on his grave. I'm sure Alabama will be the perfect place for an undersized 3 star to get developed.

This year would be his third year right?
So if he magically becomes a road grader (he won't) then he won't return the year after.
Which is my point.

Brailsfords power to size ratio is pretty rare. He may play at 285 next year and road grade as some have stated but he won’t declare for the draft at that weight. Maybe as a RS Junior he could leave if he’s 295 but he’s not leaving school no matter how good or freakish he is at 285. I’d still love to have him back at UW and if he came back he could still head over to Huffs house for some stellar summer BBQs with Abe Lucas and Charles Cross.
