Herm sold the couch…

A lot of ppl took the fall for him to keep his job and they were never any good anyways. I wouldn’t be surprised if some wanted him to fail at all costs.

I'm surprised he survived that. Most schools would have axed the head man.

There was something about him and the AD being extremely close, I forget the details but he got away with murder for a reason.

I think the AD had been his agent at one point.

Time for Jon Gruden?

It would be fascinating, but the ASU admin would probably want to go the complete opposite of another NFL hire

Colorado just tweeted that Karl Dorrel is essentially gone at the end of the season as well.

The names being floated for both of these jobs plus Nebraska, if there's any truth to them, just so how retarded most AD's are at making smart hires.

I'm thinking that, sometimes when a hire doesn't work out, it's because the hire just didn't work out. Teams really need to make hires that will, you know, work out.

Not just that but it’s important for the schools who’ve already fired a coach to really make the right hire this time around because last time they didn’t try hard enough and made the wrong hire which is why it’s so important now to make non-wrong hire or as Kim likes to call it, the right hire because without making the right hire, you’re likely to make the wrong hire which we all now know is not good.

A lot of guys can X and O. A lot of guys can recruit. A lot of guys can build culture. You can probably count on two hands the guys that can do all three...
