Here's a thought to ponder

DeBoer has the look of a supporting character in an old war movie. Either a Nazi colonel who fearlessly sends his troops into a skirmish of certain death or an American sergeant cussing out the newbies Washington just sent him to fight the Viet Cong.

Had to step through the frames of the GIF one by one to see what his midwestern civility tries hard to hide.

That is the look of a stone cold mother fucker.

Only there for a split second. But it's there.

I can buy both roles. He definitely has an Ed Harris energy going on.

Good pull. The poster @HairyBallsDawg posted a pic that perfectly illustrates how right you are.

We don't have any malarkey gifs of DeBoer. None. Zippo. After two years![/b]

I love it when my [/b]coaches have the disappointed Dad look about them.

Love it when the opposing coaches look like they're coming unglued and about to kill somebody.

What about when “our” coaches come unglued and save the program?

One could make the argument Lake at that time *was* an opposing coach..the program. So I loved it. Freed us? up to get DeBoer.

Jimmy. Took the keys to the Lamborghini and then crashed it into a tree, @Dennis_DeYoung style.

And yet, in a number of games this year, I hear how much he sucks from you guys. Weird.

Hobo which page of the Oregon St game thread are you on? Or are you still analyzing page 48 from The Game that Never Happened on October 14th?

So you guys say he sucks, but that doesn't count because it's during a game. Got it.

DeBoer has the look of an American sergeant who served in Desert Storm and spent 25 years in the military, before returning to his hometown of Centralia to start an insurance company and to find that his old high school sweetheart is recently divorced, single and ready to mingle.

DeBoer on why he left Washington

I was called a divorced Nazi insurance salesman from Centralia after delivering a national championship

Fuck those guys
