He knows what works, he knows who will fit and who won't.

He paints the vision with the right kids, makes an offer and begins game planning.

Who has ever heard of a fucking coach getting to bed at 10:30 the night before signing day ... and he has no worry about who is going to flip ... and then all the kids sign?

It is shit like his recruiting that makes me realize he is playing the long game and things are going to be ok.

It could be a fucking train wreck.

Either way it will be interesting.
