WA DIM Rep. Cindy Ryu sponsoring HB 1707 which would require personal flotation devices on all kayaks, canoes and paddleboards.

The good news? All Native Americans are exempt because they have “eons” of experience on the water. Unlike Ryu because she’s Korean and her community doesn’t. And many minority groups don’t have access to.......WATER.

I laugh at all of you dumb white devils while I paddle past you with nary an inflatable in sight.
 
So she wants to save people that have no access to water, on the chance that one day they may just grab a kayak and hit some Class 3’s. By mistake of course.

The idiocy is mind boggling.
