Wow. Painted his room yellow and has all those stickers on the wall. He is the older 9 year old I’ve ever seen.

Exactly. At best he is the 3rd QB next year and that is if he performs. It's really not an intelligent move at all.

Financially not smart at all. But the family I hear is pretty wealthy, and so he can afford to do whatever he wants I guess.
 
I'm not much of a fan of Herbert, but I think he's the best Oregon has right now. So yes he's way overrated, but to say it's anything less than a positive for Oregon is nuts.
