Uh, programs that pay are smarter than that. Especially in these portal days. Once a kid signs the payments are installment based not full bagged upfront. As long as the kid stays they cut them a monthly. Even cheaters aren't dumb enough to throw full bags at 18 year olds and their creepy parents.

Unless YOU have proof in HAND...it’s speculation for YOU. ‘Those who know’....meaning YOU are not a ‘THOSE’. I didn’t create the English language but ‘speculation’ is pretty cut and dry. Unless you are an eye witness, YOU are speculating. Word of mouth is not proof.

Nobody is saying he has left Tennessee yet. The smoke was him "liking' a lot of UW fan tweets on Twitter inviting him to transfer to UW and also following a shit load of UW coaches and players. A wave of Twitter activity like that combined with the rumor we heard weeks ago is suggestive of a reverse Kaho situation being in play here. His girlfriend/fiance is also going to college at Central Washington.
