No, all it means is you don't understand grade school grammar. It's OK, most Trumptards including Trump himself don't either.

The word "President" is a proper noun and should be capitalized when it directly precedes a person's name
 (e.g., "President Biden") or when used in a formal context to address or refer to the office-holder

It looks like you quoted a partial extract which lacks full context. Typical trumptard misdirection. But I'll give you credit for trying.
See this article's examples. Examine:
"Capitalize only as a formal title before one or more names: President Biden, Presidents Ford and Carter. Lowercase in all other uses: the president; George Washington, first president of the United States."

Anyway, you also capitalized "guys" above incorrectly so you still don't understand.

The point here is not that I like correcting grammar mistakes (maybe a little) but that Everett makes the same mistake repeatedly. That means he doesn't understand simple grammar rules. It's not unusual. Trump himself is too dumb to understand these basic concepts too.

He's been insulting me for weeks, so I don't see what the problem is to wage my own insults that are grounded in reality. (Biden was too loose with the border, no argument from me on that.)
