It really doesn't matter if they did it or not. As long as charges haven't been filed, that means the PoPo don't have a case (obviously). Kidding aside, the police report does sound ominous, albeit completely one sided (as any "victim" report would be). I'm curious what Peterson's policy has been in similar circumstances, but am too lazy to do a google search right now.

What probably happened was this drunken douchefag 12 saw Miles wearing a Bronco jersey and the cunt probably started berating him b/c that's what fucktard 12s do. I guess Stringfellow didn't like to see his QB/friend being attacked and stepped up against the asswipe and probably pushed him in the bushes or some bullshit. Then they left.

Also, there's nothing on Robert Upshaw in this report as the rumors stated, so I guess he showed up when the victim was giving his report to the officer and he punched him and left.
