No. No extension for 9-3. If he pulls a Dillingham and goes 11-2 and makes the playoffs then yes. Extension and raise.

5-7, fire him. Backsliding with a roster that is essentially all his now. Unacceptable. Hire Dillingham. He looks unhinged and driven. I like it.

If he has 6 wins next year you fire him. There's no excuse when shitty programs turnover their entire team and get 9-10 wins. This is the fucking big boy pro leagues now not the woke as fuck pussy pac 12.
