The worse Rogers plays, the more praise Fisch gives him for being a good teammate and helping Demond out.
Rogers should go into coaching. The NFL isn't going to happen, and I think he would be good at it.

I like the fact that Fisch is showing respect and loyalty to Rogers. I just disagree with keeping him the starter the past 3-4 weeks.
 
Rogers does nothing for the present or the future and that's been obvious for weeks
Fisch is paid to coach not run a make a wish program
The loyalty goes to the team. He did them wrong

EVery player knows deep down Williams should have been starting since the Iowa debacle

I think Fisch didn't want Demond to have a Sam Huard like experience at some really tough places to play.
He went with the old guy who busted
