Have received two negative comments about the logo and dark background

I'm using the light background so it looks fine to me. But I will look into it after the major issues are solved. I have a hunch I won't be able to use multiple logos depending on the background but its not my priority to find out quite yet. One poster took the time to create a darker logo with a meaner looking dog. We shall see... Stay tuned as internet board CEOs say...

If you want to change the background from dark to light, click on your profile photo at the top of the page. Then click preferences.

The very first thing you can change is the style variation, click the drop down. It’s currently set to “system” aka whatever Stalin sets it as. You can then change it to light or dark or leave it as is.

My background automatically changes depending upon time of day. Not sure if that's due to a phone setting or the site.
 
Site looks awesome! Both light and dark look good to me hardy har. I'm guessing theres still a few things getting figured out but how does everyone feel about the "similar threads" at the bottom of every page? My 2c is that it's unnecessary

I’m a dumbass. System has nothing to do with the site settings. System refers to the device you’re using.

My phone is set to dark mode all the time and the bored follows that setting. Someone else said the bored changes based on the time of day, I’m guessing their phone does the same.
 
I think it's great to have it adjust depending on time of day.

This is a norm on so many Apps & sites now that it's nice to have the consistency (optionally).
 
I prefer the dark background - way easier on my eyes, long term.


I usually change sites to a dark background when that's a given option.

Increase the font size a little bit though. The font size seemed bigger on the last board.
