Just watched the replay on Hulu and UW absolutely won the battle in the trenches. Hat on hat football at it's best. You can tell the coaches challenged the war daddies and they responded. Sure McMillan and Polk were clutch, but the story of this game to me is physical play at the line and Dillon. Rock 'em sock 'em stick it up their ass football right there. Team of destiny? Play like last night and they can beat anyone. We have the pieces if they execute and play prison rape ball like last night.
 
Absolutely. Watched it twice and the physical manhandling at the line of scrimmage was a thing of beauty.

I was thinking about @GrundleStiltzkin last night (naked), and I know he has had some issues with this staff but that is the biggest bright light win since Tui to me. Issues or no, you cannot discount 13-0 and 20 straight or whatever absurd fucking number it is. They better back the Brinks truck up for Boner.
 
Does anyone know off the top of their head what Boner's record against ranked teams is? It has to be just ridiculous at this point. Fucking winner.

There’s a twatter account that posts the DeBoner record tracker. I can’t remember off the top of my head but I know his loss to ranked team was against UCLA. He’s gotta be something like 8-1 or 9-1.

Dude has him as 9-0 vs ranked. UCLA was ranked when we played and I guess finished unranked last year.

I'm not old enough to recall Boomer Sooner, so for me this is the biggest win ever outside of the 1992 Rose Bowl. The stakes, the opponent, the odds and national narrative about Oregon, closing out the PAC, going undefeated, etc.

Other way around. UCLA was unranked when we played them but finished the season ranked. DeBoer hasn’t lost against a team ranked at game time yet.

Lot of you were wrong about the defense. That's the hardest 31 points Oregon scored all year. The D got to Nix
