Having sex with a 10 year old is a crime. Surely there has to be some kind of arrest record and court proceeding by now. Hell I'd settle for a police report. What was the prep's name?

Very little follow up on underage abortions. Official line is it discourages abortions. Maybe discouraging under age rape would discourage underage abortions. At least the perp would get just one chance instead of being a proud repeat offender as the state has given them a hall pass.

I’d be willing to bet there are more late term abortion of healthy babies then there are of 10 year olds who have been raped.

The fact 12 year olds can get pregnant is the point. There’s no need to make anything up. And you don’t really have a good reason to doubt this story anyway.
