Removed Steve_Bowman as I finally saw him post. Also took PGOS off life support. Vacation. Now have an accurate list of actual bannings.

Someone let me know if AoG ever comes back from his self imposed exile. Someone else get UWKatie to come back. We need a chick who isn't PruneFingersFS.
