That's my buddy's boat. I have a 16x54 Wooldridge. I'm going to drag it down to the Cowlitz tomorrow and see if I can scratch out a couple summer steelhead.

Nice. Color me jealous. I fished the Queets/Skykomish in late February, and the lower Quinault in early March. Took home two checked coolers on the airplane back. Biggest steelhead was 39" and just over 20 lbs. Most were in the 9-12 lb range. Between the three of us - Dad Father-in-law and myself - we did some serious damage to our steelhead catch cards. We harvested 18 steelies and one lone shortbus coho (on the Quinault's card).

Haven't had my rod bent since, sadly.
