Haener

As chuck of HIV fame said, Haener's camp felt strongly they beat Eason to win the job fair and square. They were extremely pissed and the transfer needed to happen for team chemistry reasons by that point. I think that whole episode contributed to Pete's decision to quit. Not the catalyst obviously but not insignificant either.

The Haener camp is fucking delusional. He was a turnover machine. The Huskies go 4-9 with him as the starter.

Disagree. Haener is a big dick slinger like Eason was supposed to be. He would have lost a game or two with picks, but he would have won a game or two by swinging that little dick around as though it were big. 8-5 wouldn't have happened, imo.

Haener 3 fumbles—directly leading to 17 points.

If oregons going to insist on playing AB; run him 25x a game like the triple option qb he is and then when he eventually gets hurt, use that as the excuse to go to the freshmen

He fumbled twice, the running back fumbled the other time.

Haener 28/42 for 300 yards 1 TD

And a loss. That was his fault.

He fumbled the snap in the first half inside the Oregon 20…lost 4 yards and the down. Turned a promising drive into a fg instead of a td

Haener played that game better than Browning or Eason would have if they had been there. His passing was excellent. He kept losing the ball, however, and he's not physical enough to hold up for 60 minutes.

Oregon's offense sucks so bad. Poorly coached.

There really isn’t a Haener camp. Eason sucked. Haener is about the same. Neither are good. Saying we go 4-9 with him is more delusional than saying Haener is a decent QB.

Eason didn't suck. If we had a defense we would have been in the the Rose Bowl. Pac-12 may not be what it once was but it is still a Power 5 conference. Haener wasn't gonna succeed. 5 wins tops. Tryhards don't win games. You have to have talent, he doesn't have any.

UW probably has a 9 or hollow man 10 win season with Haener.

Skinny didn't even pick UW initially, just a self centered qb that wanted to beat up on shitty schools like BYU and get to the league.

Dude try harded on that first td against WSU. Like yeah dude, you're pumped that you won't lose to cuoglet for your college legacy. Sit the fuck down.
