I remember when we couldn't wait for his skinny ass to LEAVE!
 
The offensive system definitely looks like it lends itself to the QB making quick reads. Rub routes, zone floods, read option... routes that require timing and being "on the same page" as your receiver. Haener clearly has a grasp of the offense and, at the very least, would level-up the competition in the room.

I don't think it's a given that Huard easily picks up the new system as it's completely different than the pro-style scheme he ran in HS and under he who shall not be named.

Cropper has shown that he can be productive in the system. Bring him in too. If there's one thing we're missing in our WR room it's possession receivers who can get another 5-10 yards after the catch.

You can be an just an average athlete and still have production in this new system. That's the beauty of it.

I think it’s very likely a portal addition will be our starting back. If we keep KB I know we would have a chance with Zach Evans.
