Trump had a legitimate claim that the documents were unclassified and that he had a strong claim for the possession. The documents were in a safe place and the National Archives knew where they were and had reviewed them. The dementia patient had no claim for the documents and they were never reviewed and they were in an open box in his phucking non-secure garage while the residence was occupied by his corrupt drug addicted son.
Given the legal standoff with the Trump documents, all the DOJ had to do was enforce a National Archives subpoena through the court system. The documents weren't going anywhere. But, as with the FISA warrants with absolutely no evidence the DOJ claimed that Trump had nuclear secret documents that it was imperative (after a couple years of dispute) that needed to be retrieved immediately. So, the DOJ lied, just like they lied to get the FISA warrants and they lied to get a special counsel appointed then lied during the impeachment "hearings". A normal American citizen who wanted to be governed by the rule of law would be concerned about the DOJ and FBI being used by the dem government as the Stasi. But the dazzler is a POS America hater and fully supports the NAZI approach to suppressing "enemies" of the state. Plus, he loves to be lied to and then repeat the lies to support his fascistic approach to government.
