I don't really care about any of this, more interested in the humor of people that made proclamations on a favorable media report vs where we are at now.
When in doubt, just assume that what actually happened was far worse than first reported if it's a democrat and the opposite for a republican. That was an easy bet to make.

Hunter investigation from Delaware US Attorney is the trigger point I think is what we will learn. It wasn't a top notch attorney just cleaning out some closets on a Saturday morning. The same attorney that left White House general counsel in July and then hired on as a personal lawyer for Biden in September. Could be a coincidence. Or this document issue first percolated in June/July of 2022 due to Hunter investigation and not November like the AP has assured us.

I don't think "intent" is a necessary component with classified docs. You are fucking responsible for them. Especially compartmentalized docs with highest security classification. They were kept on purpose. They pertain to the Chinese who bribed Joe and Ukraine who laundered the money. How much of the info did Joe give to his Chinese overlords?

Intent doesn’t matter. I worked in a secure area and handled Classified and Unclassified material. If you you accidentally mixed Classified information into Unclassified folders, and left the secure area, you could be charged. You have to sign for Classified material when you remove it from the safe, and you have to sign it back in. You have two computers and computer networks. One is Unclassified (NIPR) and one is Classified (SIPR). If you you post Classified on the Unclassified computer, you can be charged. Part of the evening checklist is ensuring all Classified material has been signed and returned and all Classified computers are turned off. There are so many procedures to prevent the ‘accidental’ release of Classified material, and they are so redundant, any failure is almost always treated as if it were intentional.
