For Pence, it depends on what the Docs were about. This may happen by accident, but if docs were used to write a book as has been speculated for Biden, that's different. Plus Biden having docs as a Senator and especially hand written ones is a big nono. Plus the documents found were outside the top secret jackets. Big difference.
