Programs should enforce larger buyouts? Cool, good luck being the first one to do that. NFL teams can't offer coaches(or players) deals during the season? So you want tampering in college sports? Surprised as well nobody is talking more about scheduling/timing…with the early signing period and extending the bowl season later and later they have built an unstable system. If the signing period was in Feb (or later) none of this craziness would have happened until Jan.

Yes. Although I think it was intended by coaches to have negotiation periods earlier than January and not just signing recruits
