Grubb

I hope Grubb comes back. Continuity breeds success. Having Grubb allows KDB to be a true CEO. If he leaves more of his time will be spent making sure the offensive game plan is sound. Small details could be overlooked. That said, whether it’s Grubb, Sheridan, Shepard or Kirby Moore the offense will hum because DeBoer is the architect.
 
Random thoughts in no particular order:

1. This could just be ploy to show recruits that UW's offense is so good that even Bama wants in on the action. Grubb could just say no thanks[/i] to Bama after Saban offers him.

2. If Grubb does leave -- as to the rumors that he might try to take Penix -- if Grubb really wants to prove that he is a mastermind and not just riding DeBoer's coattails -- he should take Morris instead and make him into an elite Bama QB.

I don’t think Penix would leave DeBoer. He’s known Grubb one year. He’s known KDB since he was a redshirt freshman. His best years have been in association with DeBoer. Whoever first floated the idea of him following Grubb is retarded.

UW should just up his pay to make him the highest paid OC for one year then he can go die in a fire. Now that the fans are paying the players the school needs to redirect the recruiting money to situations like this
 
I hope he stays but I’m sure if he were to go to Bama, General Saban will sit him down and point to the times he tried to get a little too cute when it was unnecessary and let him know he can pack his shit if it continues.
