This team is winning despite Grubb, not because of him.
 
Grubb is ultimately responsible for how such a talented offense, at literally every position, can go 3 and out all the time.

But some of it is Penix deciding to take shots at any opportunity. We will live and die by it, but Penix is pretty impatient.

He can excel at a must-have 4 minute drive to finish a game, but if it's mid-game he's going to let it fly, consequences be damned.

One of my favorite plays they ran was the crossing route to Rome on the opening possession, which was wide open. Don’t think they went back to it once after that, but could be wrong. That was good scheme in the opening script.

The adjustments from there were disgusting.

Rome had one where he badly misread his blockers. 3 linemen in front and he ran around them and turned a 25 yard gain into about 6.

He had that truly elite TD catch. Aside from that his legacy in my world is dropped passes. Nothings changed with me.

Happens when you only run 1-2 screens per season.
