What is a rainbow and sunshine person?
All I know is that Greg is very intelligent, bleeds purple and gold as well as knows a lot about basketball and football in order to build up the programs the right way plus he is highly respected in the greater Seattle community, UW alumni and by UW boosters.

I'm sure Greg is a great guy. I dont know how qualified he is though. Bleeding purple and being a great human with an infectious smile doesn't run a business this size though.

UW is one of the largest and richest departments in the country. Both major head coaches are first time head coaches. Disaster. Our AD is a first timer. Disaster.
So yeah, maybe we actually hire someone with experience this time around.
I bleed purple and have a lot of spare time these days

Honestly this is teetering on USC incestuous behavior. Don’t hire anyone with “connections” to the university. Bleeding purple means you’re blind to the rest of the job. Hire a fucking professional level AD from a high performing mid-major or someone with a track record of running a successful program with a shoestring budget.
Write a check to the UCF AD doubling his salary. Or the Utah State guy. Run the university like a fucking business and not a preschool.
