I know that other flicks like Porky's and Fast Times have more raunch, but I think Ferris just can't be topped.

Arguably, the best soundtrack of all tim, too.
Fast Times followed by Ferris. The rest are meh. Outsiders is good, but the book is better.

Red Dawn is a war movie, not a “teen” movie. Karate kid is a martial arts flick.
This was a legit teen movie too -the soundtrack was top shelf.

On the tits scale Porky's is tops. Nice set of cans in 16 candles too.
3 O'Clock High is a solid option. I think that was filmed at the home of @89ute
