There are roughly 200 million eggs eaten in the USA each day. Not sure how prices can be spiked so much right now because it can’t really be a supply issue unless tens of millions more hens are being killed each day we don’t know about.
 
I was assured grocery prices were going to come down now. Apparently that’s no longer important.
